OUR OPERATIONS

Marden Rehabilitation Associates, Inc. and its subsidiary companies provide medical rehabilitative therapy, home health, chiropratic care, and medical staffing services in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. We operate Medicare Certified Rehabilitation and Home Health Agencies as well as furnish services to others under arrangement (contract services). Patients are treated in our own outpatient clinics, their homes, and in a variety of client settings that include hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), intermediate care (nursing) facilities, continuing care retirement communities (CCRC), and assisted living facilities (ALF).

Because of the flexibility within our business structure and management, Marden can furnish services either directly, as the provider and biller, or by working under contract (under arrangement) for someone else. Our opportunities are not limited to narrow participation in the health care continuum, but rather, we have the ability to innovate by combining services from multiple entities.

Moreover, as a provider ourselves, we bring a unique perspective to our provider clients, as we understand compliance and operations from both a contractor’s and provider’s point of view. We bring together cohesive principals, management, and expertise to all of our clients, making the marketing and execution of their health care services one of their most valuable assets. We are one company providing services that were previously available only by enlisting and managing a variety of relationships.

This wide-ranging approach also creates opportunities for our professional staff. As business levels fluctuate, Marden employees have the chance to work in multiple settings, enabling them to maintain challenging and appropriate work schedules. In any local market, we strive to employ a sufficient number of professionals so that we may efficiently share resources intra-company and externally, managing costs to service levels.
