RANDALL A. MASON

 

An engineering graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Mr. Mason founded The Marden Companies in 1984. He led the organization through the initiation of rehabilitation services in 1989 and home care in 1997. Mr. Mason has significant background in economic analysis, business development activities and operational management throughout a variety of industries, which he brings to his role with The Marden Companies. Mr. Mason is a founding shareholder of Marden and Chairman of Marden’s Board of Directors.

 

Mr. Mason is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Natural Health Trends Corp. (NASDAQ symbol ‘BHIP’), a position he has held since March 2006. He has served on Natural Health Trends Corp.’s board since May of 2003 and was previously Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee. Natural Health Trends Corp., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the worldwide distribution and sale of personal care, wellness, and general health products.

     
 

 

BRIAN CONNOLLY

 

Mr. Connolly brings significant accounting and management experience to The Marden Companies. He is a graduate of St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and French. He also attended L’Universite de Rouen in France through a program at the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA.

Mr. Connolly’s responsibilities include day-to-day management of Marden’s Accounting, Human Resource and Billing Departments at the Marietta, Ohio office. We are pleased to have Mr. Connolly as a member of the Marden management team.

   
 

 

CYNTHIA BOWERSOCK-THIEL

 

In 1991, Ms. Bowersock-Thiel founded the home health operations that were subsequently acquired by Marden. She is responsible for the Company's marketing and development efforts with special emphasis on home health, assisted living services, outpatient rehab operations and new service line development. With a clinical, management and entrepreneurial background, Ms. Bowersock-Thiel assists Marden and its clients throughout our operating regions.

   
 

DOLA “TOOTIE” OELSLAGER

 

As the Executive Director of Health Care Plus and Preferred Care Plus, Ms. Oelslager brings to Marden twenty-five years of experience in the medical profession. Her prior work experience includes ten years of emergency nursing, five years of case management, utilization review and Hospice nursing, Director of Nurses for a 111 bed long term care facility in Central Ohio, and the Director of Nursing of a 115 bed long term care facility in Eastern Kentucky. She is also the former owner/operator of Tri County Home Care, a Durable Medical Equipment Company in Eastern Kentucky. Ms. Oelslager received her nursing degree from the University of Kentucky.

   
 

ADAM G. WEST

 

Mr. West joined the Marden Team in 2002 as a facility rehab manager and physical therapist. Over the past four years, he has received several promotions and is currently the Director of Clinical Services. He has physical therapy and management experience in the skilled setting as well as outpatient. He oversees the management of Marden’s contract services and the outpatient clinics across Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio. Mr. West graduated from Daemen College in 1999 with a BSPT degree.

   
 

JOELEEN MCDONOUGH

 

Ms. McDonough is a 1997 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. Her career started with Marden in 1997 as a staff Occupational Therapist. Ms. McDonough has experience in the skilled, outpatient and home health setting. Her most recent promotion to Regional Director places her overseeing services in Pennsylvania and Northeast Ohio.
